We
are seeking a professional and rigorous Precision Components Quality
Assurance Manager to lead our quality management team. You will be
responsible for establishing and optimizing the full-process quality
management system for MIM, magnetic materials and precision casting
products, leading incoming inspection, in-process quality control,
finished product inspection, and customer quality complaint handling,
ensuring product compliance with international industry standards and
customer requirements. This role is ideal for quality professionals with
deep expertise in precision metal components manufacturing, who want to

Establish,
optimize and maintain the company's quality management system, ensure
compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100 standards and
customer-specific requirements, and lead internal and third-party system
audits.
Lead
the full-process quality control for MIM, magnetic materials and
precision casting products, including incoming material inspection,
in-process quality control, finished product inspection, and reliability
testing, formulate quality control standards and inspection
specifications.
Lead
the root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (8D report)
for quality issues in production and customer complaints, track the
implementation of measures, and reduce the defect rate and customer
complaint rate.
Develop
quality training plans for production and technical teams, improve the
quality awareness and professional skills of all employees, and build a
company-wide quality culture.
Collaborate
with R&D, production, and sales teams to participate in new project
development, conduct DFMEA/PFMEA analysis, formulate quality control
plans for new products, and ensure smooth mass production.
Manage
the quality inspection team and testing equipment, optimize the
inspection process, improve inspection efficiency and accuracy, and
ensure the effective operation of the quality management system.
Bachelor's
degree or above in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering,
Metallurgical Engineering, Quality Management, or related majors.
5+
years of quality management experience in precision metal components
manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of team management
experience.
Deep
understanding of MIM, precision casting, and magnetic materials
production processes and quality control points, familiar with the
quality requirements of automotive, medical, aerospace industries.
Proficient
in quality management tools such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, and
able to apply them to solve practical quality problems.
Familiar
with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems, with experience
in system establishment, maintenance and third-party audit.
Good
English reading and writing skills, able to read international
standards and communicate with overseas clients on quality issues.
Strong
sense of responsibility, rigorous logical thinking, problem-solving
ability, and cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
Master's degree in Quality Management or related majors, with Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt certification.
Experience
in quality management for MIM or powder metallurgy products, with a
successful track record of reducing defect rate and improving production
yield.
Experience in quality management for medical device or aerospace components, familiar with AS9100 or ISO 13485 standards.
Experience in customer quality management for global top automotive or electronics brands.
Proficiency
in precision measuring equipment (such as CMM, image measuring
instrument) and material performance testing equipment.
