Job Overview 

We are seeking a results-driven Global Business Development Manager to lead our overseas market expansion for MIM, precision casting and magnetic materials products. You will be responsible for developing new overseas clients, managing key global accounts, formulating international sales strategies, and achieving annual revenue targets. This role is ideal for sales professionals with deep industry resources in metal components manufacturing, who want to leverage our strong technical and production capabilities to build a global business.

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Formulate and implement global sales strategies for MIM, precision casting and magnetic materials products, develop target markets (Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, etc.), and achieve annual sales and profit targets.

  2. Develop new overseas clients through international exhibitions, B2B platforms, industry channels, and customer referrals, establish long-term cooperative relationships with global top brands in automotive, medical, aerospace industries.

  3. Manage global key accounts, maintain daily communication with clients, understand their technical and commercial needs, coordinate internal teams to provide customized solutions, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  4. Track global industry trends, competitor dynamics, and market demand changes, provide feedback to the company, and optimize product positioning and sales strategies.

  5. Participate in international industry exhibitions (such as Hannover Messe, PM World Congress), technical seminars, and client meetings, to enhance the brand influence of BRM in the global market.

  6. Standardize sales documents, contracts, and order management processes, ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies, and control business risks.

Job Requirements

Basic Requirements 

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration, or related majors.

  2. 5+ years of B2B sales experience in metal components manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of overseas market development for MIM, precision casting, or powder metallurgy products.

  3. Deep understanding of MIM, precision casting, and magnetic materials production processes, technical advantages, and application scenarios, able to provide professional technical and commercial solutions to clients.

  4. Fluent in English (both oral and written), able to conduct business negotiations and technical communication with overseas clients independently.

  5. Familiar with international trade processes, customs regulations, and cross-border contract terms, able to control international business risks.

  6. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, cross-cultural communication skills, and ability to work independently under pressure.

Preferred Requirements 

  1. Master's degree in Business Administration or related majors, with overseas study or work experience.

  2. Existing high-quality client resources in European, North American automotive, medical, or aerospace industries.

  3. Experience in team management, with the ability to build and lead an international sales team.

  4. Familiar with digital marketing tools for B2B overseas business, such as Google SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and Alibaba International.

  5. Experience in international project management for automotive or aerospace components, familiar with IATF 16949 or AS9100 standards.
